Rhali and myself are not one and the same. Keep this in mind when interacting with him - any of his thoughts, actions, or words are not representative of me. He is a character independent of myself. Therefore, any friendship or relationship that could develop keeps that separation as well.  rule 002.   : Our characters are not omniscient  
Anything your character cannot see, hear, smell, taste, or touch is something they have to find out about through roleplay. Get to know Rhali with a nice conversation! He would love to get you know your character in turn. :)  rule 003.   : WU/T ✔

To be fair to all parties, Rhali is NOT a WoL in any RP scene. He is a (former) member of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, a retired Coliseum Fighter, a Jeweler, and a general Socialite. The only notable thing is that he does retain the Echo.  rule 005.   : SFW or NSFW ✔  
I am comfortable with any style of RP, however for NSFW I prefer to write that in Discord and not in-game. Details and expectations can be hashed out in dms if our characters express interest!

History

  CHILDHOOD    Rhali was born in Ul’dah to his mother, Izo, in mid Autumn during a particularly bad heatwave. Besides his mother, he has one other member of his immediate family, his older brother. The two are separated by fathers and a good fifteen years, and never quite developed any sort of relationship. Rhali’s father was a highlander from Ala Mhigo who was only in the city for a week or so when Izo met him. His brother left the family when Rhali was perhaps three or four, citing a business opportunity that was too good to pass up.Growing up, Rhali was often alone with his mother, only on occasion seeing his brother pop in asking for gil or help loading and unloading packages. Rhali dislikes his brother, vowing as a child that he would grow up bigger and taller and stronger than him (only he never quite made it to his brother’s height - something that has bothered him ever since). Once Rhali was old enough, he began working for the local merchants with deliveries in order to support his mother financially.

  ADULTHOOD    When he was seventeen, he joined a small crew in the Coliseum and trained daily until he was fit to start solo fights a few months after turning 18. He was rather popular for a solid seven year run - winning or losing didn’t matter much to him, he got paid either way. He also enjoyed discovering his sexuality during this time…blowing off steam and the adrenaline after the matches with his fellow fighters, wagering ‘favors’ based on who would win upcoming battles, and even occasionally getting with fans of his that he found attractive.After retiring from the Coliseum, Rhali took up adventuring in a form not so dissimilar from the odd jobs he used to run as a child. Eventually, the Coliseum called him back for a few more fights during the weeks leading up to the Seventh Umbral Calamity, as a way to distract the common folks from the red moon looming ever larger in the sky. He spent the last few nights before the Fall with his mother, simply waiting for some sort of end.He doesn't have any memory of the Fall, or the events immediately after it, and instead he felt a bit hazy, finding himself on a carriage heading back into Ul'dah without any rhyme or reason for why he left in the first place.Since then, he's been keeping himself busy with his work with the Scions.
